Beach House

This Sunshine Coast beach house reflects closely the brief to link the desire for simplicity of living into simplicity of building form. The spaces needed to be only as big as the function they contained and the use of space was refined resulting in a home of 150m2 floor area. Finishes and fittings have been designed to cope with the extremities of weather, rainwater tanks and passive solar energy design principles ensures the dwelling follows the clients desire to use the house throughout the year with minimal impact on the broader environment.
