Whilst little remains of the existing dwelling in this renovation, the existing concessions on setbacks with the existing house encouraged its reuse rather than total demolition. Cars have been concealed in under terrace garaging, and extensive use of modern cladding materials and glazing provides full exposure towards the city views and is clearly a contemporary solution to an inner city position.
